Companhia de Saneamento Básico do Estado de São Paulo – SABESP has announced an Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting for September 27, 2024, to elect new Board of Directors and Fiscal Council members for the upcoming term. The meeting will exclusively take place in a digital format, with participation available through remote voting or the Ten Meetings Platform. The Management has proposed a slate of candidates, including independent members, in compliance with Brazilian law and the Company’s Institutional Nomination Policy.
