Companhia de Saneamento Básico do Estado de São Paulo – SABESP announces the approval of its 32nd issuance of simple, non-convertible debentures, targeting professional investors and totaling R$ 2.5 billion with a two-year maturity. The debentures will yield 100% of the DI Rate’s variation plus a 0.30% annual spread. Proceeds from the issuance will be allocated to sustainable and blue project categories as per the company’s Sustainable Finance Framework.
