The company, which operates under a strict regulatory framework, aims for the widespread availability of water supply and sewage services, supported by a robust capital structure of R$ 15 billion and broad corporate objectives. Furthermore, SABESP has outlined shareholder voting rights, with a cap at 30% for any single shareholder or group, to maintain democratic corporate governance.
