Sabana Industrial REIT has announced that the defendant in a legal claim it is involved with, Kleio One-Solution Pte. Ltd., is commencing creditors’ voluntary liquidation. The REIT’s management is seeking legal advice to protect its interests and mitigate any potential losses. They have also successfully leased out a significant portion of their repossessed property and are continuing to market the remaining space.
