Sabana Industrial REIT, managed by Sabana Real Estate Investment Management, has been engaged in ongoing communications with a group of unitholders, collectively holding over 10% of the REIT, who have requested an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) to discuss proposed resolutions. Following a series of exchanges and amendments to the proposed resolutions, the Manager has announced its intention to convene the EGM to consider these revised proposals.
