Saab AB ( ($SE:SAAB.B) ) just unveiled an announcement.

Saab is consolidating its naval operations into a single business area called Naval, merging business area Kockums with most of the Naval Combat Systems unit from the Surveillance division. The reorganisation, effective 1 April 2026 and led by current Kockums head Mats Wicksell, is intended to create synergies, improve efficiency and strengthen innovation across surface vessels, submarines, autonomous underwater vehicles and naval combat systems.

By unifying its previously dispersed naval activities, Saab aims to enhance the value it delivers to naval customers and reinforce its competitive market position in the global defence sector. The company will publish restated historical financial figures ahead of its January–June 2026 interim report to support year-on-year comparisons, though overall group revenues and results will remain unchanged, limiting financial reporting disruption for stakeholders.

The most recent analyst rating on ($SE:SAAB.B) stock is a Sell with a SEK515.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Saab AB stock, see the SE:SAAB.B Stock Forecast page.
