S4 Capital PLC has announced the issuance of over 10 million new ordinary shares as deferred consideration for its recent combination with Raccoon Group, a move set to expand its digital advertising reach in Latin America. The new shares will be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange’s Main Market, with the process expected to complete by mid-June 2024. The company, known for its purely digital advertising and marketing services, continues to grow under the leadership of founder Sir Martin Sorrell, with a global workforce of 7,600 people across 32 countries.
