S4 Capital PLC has announced the issuance of 364,460 new ordinary shares as part of deferred consideration for the merger between Media.Monks and 4 Mile Analytics, aimed at enhancing Media.Monks’ Data&Digital media practice. The shares are expected to be listed on the London Stock Exchange following official admittance procedures, with trading anticipated to start on May 7, 2024. This move represents part of S4 Capital’s strategy to establish a digital-first advertising and marketing services business for a diverse client base.
