S4 Capital plc is set to issue over 3.2 million new shares as part of a deferred consideration for its merger with social media marketing agency XX Artists, aiming to bolster its presence in the U.S. market. The shares are expected to be admitted to the London Stock Exchange’s Main Market, with the process anticipated to be finalized by the morning of July 1, 2024. The company, founded by industry veteran Sir Martin Sorrell, continues to focus on creating a purely digital marketing services business, targeting a balanced revenue split across its global operations.
