S2 Resources Ltd. has finalized the sale of its Finnish subsidiary to Outback Goldfields, now Valkea Resources Corp., for C$7 million, consisting of cash and shares, giving S2 a 44% stake in Valkea. This deal provides S2 with additional cash for core activities and continued investment in Finland’s exploration prospects while achieving cost savings on its Finnish assets. S2’s Executive Chairman, Mark Bennett, has been appointed to Valkea’s board, ensuring continued strategic influence.
