Rykadan Capital Ltd. reported a significant increase in revenue for the six-month period ending September 2024, reaching HK$73.8 million compared to HK$5.4 million the previous year. However, the company faced a substantial loss of HK$91.1 million, partly due to a decrease in the fair value of investment properties and increased operational expenses. Consequently, the Board decided not to declare an interim dividend for the period.
