Rykadan Capital Limited, a company incorporated in the Cayman Islands, has been granted a waiver by the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong from strict compliance with Rule 14.41(a) of the Listing Rules. This waiver allows Rykadan Capital additional time to prepare and dispatch a circular containing details of a property acquisition to its shareholders, extending the deadline to 25 July 2025. This extension is necessary to ensure the inclusion of comprehensive financial information and a valuation report, which require external auditor review.
