In a recent update, Ryder Capital Limited has reported a change in the Director Peter Charles Constable’s interest in the company’s securities, with Ryder Investment Management Pty Limited, where Constable is a director and shareholder, acquiring 100,000 fully paid ordinary shares. This transaction, valued at $112,500, has altered Constable’s indirect holdings but there were no disposals, leaving the total securities held prior to the change at 13,010,851.
