Ryder Capital Ltd. (AU:RYD) has released an update.

In a significant update to its corporate governance, Ryder Capital Limited announced a change in the holdings of Director Peter Charles Constable, with an acquisition of 36,674 shares by Ryder Investment Management Pty Limited and 130,981 shares by Consvest Pty Ltd , both entities associated with Constable. This change, effective September 13, 2024, brings the Director’s total disclosed interest in the company to over 13 million fully paid ordinary shares.
