Rural Funds Group director Michael Carroll has increased his stake in the company, acquiring 3,968 additional ordinary units at $2.07 each under the Distribution Reinvestment Plan. This transaction, which took place on April 30, 2024, has resulted in Carroll’s total holdings rising to 284,094 units, strengthening his direct and indirect interest in the company.
