Rupert Resources Ltd. has announced a board change with the retirement of Non-Executive Director George Ogilvie, who is focusing on his CEO role at Arizona Sonoran Copper Company Inc. His previous responsibilities have been taken over by André Lauzon and Bill Washington. During his tenure since June 2020, Ogilvie contributed to significant milestones, including the development of the 4Moz Ikkari deposit and securing substantial financing for the company.
