Runhua Living Service Group Holdings Limited has announced changes in its board, with Ms. Chen Haiping resigning as an independent non-executive Director and chair of the audit and remuneration committees to focus on other commitments, effective from July 15, 2024. She is succeeded by Ms. Wang Yushuang, who brings extensive audit market experience to her new role as an independent non-executive Director and chair of the same committees.
