Rumbu Holdings Ltd., a Western Canada funeral services provider, has successfully completed a $3.54 million bank financing with the Bank of Montreal and expanded its portfolio by acquiring a majority stake in Affinity Funeral Service Ltd. This strategic move involved purchasing shares from retiring partners and establishing a partnership with the remaining directors, positioning Rumbu to lead in transitioning funeral businesses to the next generation of managers.
