Rumbu Holdings Ltd. has announced plans to acquire Grace Gardens Funeral Home in St. Paul, Alberta, as part of its strategy to expand its funeral services in Western Canada. The acquisition involves purchasing all shares from the current owners, Daryl and Jamie Lockyer, and settling existing debts amounting to $2.4 million. This move aligns with Rumbu’s goal to grow its presence in the funeral home industry by acquiring additional facilities.
