Rumbu Holdings Ltd. has expanded its funeral service operations by acquiring RD Family Memorial Chapel in Weyburn, Saskatchewan, integrating its staff and committing to continue offering quality services. The acquisition, funded through a bank facility and promissory notes, is part of Rumbu’s strategy to lead in the transition of funeral businesses to new ownership in rural and mid-market Western Canada.
