Quartieri, with his extensive background as a finance executive, notably at Dave & Buster’s Entertainment, is set to bring valuable insight to the board and the Audit Committee. His appointment comes during a strategic shift for the company, which includes the elimination of a classified board structure, aligning with Nevada law to streamline the process for director removal. Quartieri’s involvement aligns with RumbleOn’s director compensation program, and he has no prior familial or transactional ties with other board members.
