Ruisen Life Service Co., Limited announced the resignation of Mr. Chow Siu Hang as an independent non-executive director and chairman of the investigation committee. His resignation was due to disagreements with the Board’s decision to remove him from the audit committee, which he believed would hinder his ability to perform his duties effectively. The Board clarified that the changes were made to comply with corporate governance requirements and to manage the workload of board members. Despite Mr. Chow’s resignation, the Board does not foresee any significant adverse effects on the company’s operations. Trading in the company’s shares remains suspended since August 2024.
