Ruichang International Holdings Ltd. has announced the formation of a new joint venture with Shanghai Lanrui and Huangshan Ecological and Environmental Protection to focus on phosphorus pollution control and waste recycling. Ruicheng Huangshan, a subsidiary of Ruichang, will hold an 80% stake in the venture, which aims to develop nutrient concentrate solutions. This strategic move involves a total capital commitment of RMB150 million, highlighting Ruichang’s commitment to environmental sustainability.
