Rubicon Water Limited has announced an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) for shareholders to be held virtually on 11 September 2024. Shareholders will be able to participate online in real-time activities such as voting and asking questions. The primary agenda is to seek approval for the issue of up to 38,111,636 new shares at $0.25 each to selected investors, with the company’s directors unanimously recommending approval of the resolutions.
