Rubicon Organics Inc. has announced the appointment of co-founder Jesse McConnell to its Board of Directors following Health Canada’s security clearance. The company, known for its premium organic cannabis products, has also granted 140,459 Deferred Share Units to a director as part of its compensation plan, which will vest after a year.
