Rua Gold Inc. has announced a brokered offering to raise C$8 million through the sale of common shares, with the transaction expected to close by July 25, 2024. The funds will be used to support its Reefton Project exploration and for general corporate purposes. An over-allotment option has also been granted to facilitate market stabilization and address any potential oversubscriptions.
