The company has appointed Eleonora Bonifazio as Group Chief Financial Officer and Investor Relations Manager, entrusting her with oversight of finance, administration and control functions, as well as management of relations with the financial market and investor community. With solid experience in auditing listed and private groups, expertise in national and international accounting standards, and involvement in IPO transactions, Bonifazio is expected to enhance RT&L’s financial governance, transparency and quality of communication with investors. Her arrival allows CEO Roberto Bizzarri to relinquish his interim investor relations responsibilities and focus more fully on strategic leadership and development, a move the company positions as a strategic step in its evolution and in seizing upcoming growth opportunities while strengthening dialogue with the financial community.
