RTC Group Plc has appointed Wayne Thornhill as a non-executive director and independent chair of the remuneration committee, effective November 1, 2024. Thornhill, with over 25 years of experience in corporate transactions and managing businesses through growth phases, is expected to enhance RTC’s operational and strategic capabilities. This move aims to strengthen the board as the company prepares for future developments.
