RT Minerals Corp. successfully completed a non-brokered private placement, raising $484,265.94 through the sale of over 5.3 million units at $0.09 each, which includes a common share and a purchase warrant. The funds raised are earmarked for general working capital and the development of the company’s mineral properties in Ontario, Canada.
