RT Minerals Corp. is set to raise $500,000 through a non-brokered private placement of over 5.5 million units, aimed at enhancing the company’s working capital and furthering the development of its mineral properties in Ontario. Each unit, priced at $0.09, includes a common share and a purchase warrant, exercisable at $0.12, valid for 24 months.
