HIVE Blockchain Technologies (TSE:HIVE) has released an update.
RT Minerals Corp. has announced a significant share consolidation, which will convert every fourteen existing shares into a single post-consolidation share, effectively reducing the total number of outstanding shares to roughly 2.18 million. The consolidation, which has already received shareholder approval, is set to take place with the new CUSIP number on June 11, 2024, pending TSX Venture Exchange approval. This move aims to streamline the company’s share structure without altering the company name or trading symbol.
