On September 2, 2025, Anne-Marie Vandenberg announced her resignation as CEO, President, and Director of RREEF Property Trust, Inc., effective December 1, 2025. Her departure was amicable, and the company expressed gratitude for her service. Subsequently, on September 4, 2025, the board appointed W. Todd Henderson as the new CEO and President, effective on the same date as Vandenberg’s resignation. Henderson, who has a long history with the company and extensive experience in real estate investment management, previously served as CEO from October 2018 to December 2021.
