International Distribution Services’ subsidiary, General Logistics Systems (GLS), has agreed to acquire a 20% stake in ACS Postal Services for €74 million. This acquisition aligns with GLS’ strategy to enhance its parcel operations and strengthens its presence in the Greek market. With an option to purchase the remaining shares, GLS is poised to expand further in the European courier sector.
