International Distribution Services plc, known for its Royal Mail operations, has announced the appointment of Ingrid Ebner to its Environmental, Social, and Governance Committee. Ebner, who has been on the Board since June 2023 and serves as the Designated Non-Executive Director for workforce engagement, is also part of the Nomination Committee. This addition aims to further strengthen the company’s commitment to ESG principles.
