ROVI Sets Dividend Payout for July 10, 2024

Laboratorios Farmaceuticos Rovi (ES:ROVI) has released an update.

Laboratorios Farmacéuticos ROVI, S.A. announces a dividend payment of 1.1037 euros per share, which will be distributed on July 10, 2024, following the Ordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting resolution. Shareholders must own ROVI shares by July 5 to be eligible for the dividend, with the ex-date set for July 8. The payment will be facilitated through IBERCLEAR with Banco Santander, S.A. as the paying entity.
