Laboratorios Farmacéuticos ROVI, S.A. has successfully completed a share capital reduction by redeeming 2,780,395 of its own shares, resulting in a new share capital total of 3,074,145.72 euros. This adjustment, effective from September 13, 2024, has led to an automatic increase in the remaining shareholders’ percentage of ownership. The operation was in line with decisions from the General Shareholders’ Meeting and has led to the amendment of the company’s corporate bylaws regarding share capital structure.
