Laboratorios Farmacéuticos ROVI, S.A. announced a share capital reduction by redeeming treasury shares, aiming to enhance shareholder remuneration. The reduction amounts to 166,823.70 euros through the redemption of 2,780,395 shares, setting the new capital at 3,074,145.72 euros. This action is part of the company’s shareholder remuneration policy and will be followed by delisting the redeemed shares from various Spanish stock exchanges.
