Rover Metals Appoints New President and Director

Rover Metals Corp (TSE:ROVR) has released an update.

Rover Critical Minerals Corp. has announced TSXV’s approval of Paddy J. Moylan’s appointment as President and Director, with Keith C. Minty stepping down as President but staying on as Director. Moylan, now under a four-year contract, will receive a monthly salary partly in company shares and is eligible for future stock options upon achieving board-specified milestones. The company focuses on mining for critical and precious minerals exclusively in the U.S. and Canada.
