Rotork shareholders backed all 20 resolutions at the 2026 annual general meeting held in London, including approval of the 2025 annual report, the final dividend of 5.35 pence per share and the directors’ remuneration policy and report. Investors also supported the re-election of all directors standing, reappointment of KPMG as auditor and routine authorities over political donations and share allotments, with around 77% of issued share capital voting.

Special resolutions were passed to disapply pre-emption rights within specified limits, authorise share buybacks of ordinary and preference shares and maintain a shorter notice period for general meetings, reinforcing the board’s financial and capital-raising flexibility. Spark’s Take on ROR Stock

According to Spark, TipRanks’ AI Analyst, ROR is a Neutral.

The score is anchored by strong financial performance (low leverage, solid margins and returns), but is materially weighed down by weak technical momentum (below key moving averages, bearish MACD, very low RSI/Stochastic). Valuation is reasonable but not compelling at a mid-20s P/E, with a modest dividend providing partial offset.
