Rotork plc (GB:ROR) has released an update.
Rotork plc has continued its share buyback programme by purchasing 104,271 ordinary shares on 09 October 2024, with the intention of cancelling them. This transaction is part of a programme announced earlier in the year, with the company having acquired over 10 million shares since March 2024. Following this buyback, Rotork plc will have 850,515,550 ordinary shares in issue.
