Rotork plc has announced the repurchase of 106,800 ordinary shares on October 10, 2024, as part of its ongoing share buyback program initiated earlier in the year. This action follows the authorization given by shareholders at the company’s 2024 Annual General Meeting. Upon completion of the transaction, the shares are intended to be canceled, reducing the total number of shares in issue for the company.
