Rosslyn Data Technologies has successfully raised £1.64 million through the placement of new shares and an additional £1.20 million through convertible loan notes, with a retail offer aiming to garner up to £0.25 million. The fundraising and capital restructuring efforts are pending shareholder approval at a general meeting set for October 25, 2024. Furthermore, the non-executive chairman has expressed his intent to subscribe for £264,000 in shares post the company’s fiscal year 2024 results.
