The AIM-listed company is set to issue a total of 68,707,425 New Ordinary Shares, including the Retail Offer Shares, with trading expected to commence on October 28, 2024. This fundraising initiative follows a proposed subscription by the Non-Executive Chairman for £264,000 worth of new shares, signaling strong executive confidence in the company’s future.
