Roscan Gold Corporation has successfully completed the first tranche of its non-brokered private placement, raising CAD$1,000,000 through secured subordinate promissory notes. These notes, bearing a 12% annual interest rate, are convertible into common shares at CAD$0.11 each and are set to mature on September 11, 2024. The funds raised will be directed towards general corporate and working capital needs.
