Roscan Gold Corporation has announced a fully subscribed private placement financing aimed at raising $2,000,000 through the sale of 20 million common shares at $0.10 each. The funds are earmarked for the exploration and development of the Kandiole Project in West Mali, as well as for general corporate purposes. The completion of the financing is contingent upon regulatory approvals, including that of the TSX Venture Exchange.
