Roscan Gold Completes Private Placement Fundraising

RosCan Gold (TSE:ROS) has released an update.

Roscan Gold Corporation announces the completion of a private placement with director Michael Gentile, raising CAD$300,000 through a convertible debenture. The funds are earmarked for general corporate purposes and carry an interest rate of 12% per annum, maturing in September 2025. These convertible notes will rank subordinate to other secured debts of the company.
