RooLife Group Corrects Securities Issuance Error

RooLife Group Ltd. (AU:RLG) has released an update.

RooLife Group Ltd., an entity incorporated outside Australia, has corrected a typographical error in its previous securities issuance announcement, increasing the number of fully paid ordinary shares issued from 3,925,000 to 7,850,000. The update follows their application for quotation of these securities on the ASX, as detailed in an amended Appendix 2A form dated 03/10/2024.
