RooLife Director’s Interest Alters Post Rights Expiry

RooLife Group Ltd. (AU:RLG) has released an update.

RooLife Group Ltd has announced a change in the director’s interest, reporting that Director Grant Pestell’s performance rights have decreased due to expiry. The notice, dated 19 August 2024, indicates that Pestell now holds 9,469,959 ordinary shares and 2,333,334 performance rights, following the expiration of 2,333,333 performance rights as performance milestones were not met.
