Ronshine China Holdings Limited announced the resignation of its auditor Elite Partners CPA Limited, effective from 2 September 2024, due to internal resource considerations and a ban by China’s Ministry of Finance on the firm’s auditing services for Mainland enterprises listed abroad. The company confirmed that there were no other issues related to the resignation that shareholders should be aware of, and the search for a new auditor is underway. The change is not expected to impact the Group’s annual audit and financial results for the year.
