Ronshine China Shareholders Unanimously Back Resolutions

Ronshine China Holdings Ltd. (HK:3301) has released an update.

Ronshine China Holdings Ltd. successfully held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on June 13, 2024, where all resolutions were passed with overwhelming support. Shareholders unanimously approved the audited financial statements, the re-election of executive directors and an independent non-executive director, as well as the re-appointment of the company’s auditor. Additionally, they granted the directors authority to allot and issue shares, buy-back company shares, and extend existing mandates related to shares.
